ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Service Mapping Knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, LDAP, Single-Sign-on, authentication, user and group policy objects, and permission levels Knowledge on ServiceNow coding concepts like business rules, client scripts, script includes and integrations etc

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Solutioning for the implementation of Discovery from scratch
2 Manages ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Service Mapping.
3 Creates and maintains custom patterns, probes, and sensors to accommodate internal discovery requirements.
4 Ensures that horizontal discovery and service mapping products are highly available, reliable, and performant.
5 Establishes and maintains discovery schedules.
