Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our after-sales service operations at the Ather Electric Scooter showroom in Varangodu, Malappuram. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer satisfaction, smooth workshop operations, and team efficiency while meeting company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily service operations at the Ather service center.
• Manage a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
• Ensure timely and quality servicing, repairs, and vehicle deliveries.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and address service-related complaints.
• Monitor service productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
• Implement best practices for EV service standards and diagnostics.
• Coordinate with the spare parts team for availability and inventory.
• Maintain and track service revenue, job cards, and billing.
• Ensure compliance with Ather Energy's service guidelines and standards.
• Train and upskill service staff regularly on Ather product updates and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the automobile service industry.
• Prior experience with electric vehicles or two-wheeler service management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Technical knowledge of EVs and diagnostic tools is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using service CRM/software and Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
