Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on service levels, ensuring compliance with established SLAs, OLAs & XLAs.
  • Measure process compliance to defined service delivery processes (IM, PM, CM, RM, Service Introduction etc)
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficiency in ITIL/ITSM frameworks, ServiceNow, and /or other service management tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for service management and process improvement.
