Job Title: Service Management Lead

Experience Required: 6 to 10 Years

Location: Bengaluru

• Strong knowledge of

  ITIL framework

  (ITIL v4 certification preferred).
• Proven experience in IT Service Management leadership roles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret service metrics and trends.

• Service Governance & Delivery

• Own and manage ITIL-aligned processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request).
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, OLAs, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor service performance and produce reports for leadership.

• Incident & Problem Management

• Lead major incident response and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

• Change & Release Management

• Govern change processes to minimize risk and ensure successful deployments.
• Collaborate with technical teams for release planning and execution.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for service-related escalations.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
