Job requirements Service Governance Lead for Cloud, Database, Incident Management, Asset Management, Security operations Service Governance Lead for Cloud, Database, Incident Management, Asset Management, Security operations Job Title: Service Governance Lead (Cloud, Databases, Incident Management, Asset, Security Ops) Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Governance Lead to oversee and enhance our IT service governance framework across multiple domains, including cloud, databases, incident management, asset management, and security operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that our IT services are aligned with business objectives, compliant with regulations, and optimized for performance and cost-efficiency. Key Responsibilities: End to End owner of IT Operations and Services in India including shared services and services provided by the service providers Develop and implement service governance policies and procedures for cloud, databases, incident management, asset management, and security operations. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Monitor and manage the performance, availability, and security of cloud and database services. Oversee the management and maintenance of IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory and compliance with licensing agreements. Manage and optimize incident management processes to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align service delivery with business goals. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to governance standards. Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for cloud, database, incident management, asset, and security services. Provide guidance and support to IT teams on best practices for cloud, database, incident management, asset management, and security operations. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of IT staff. Generate reports and provide insights on service performance, compliance, and risk management. Lead initiatives to optimize costs and improve the efficiency of IT services across all domains. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT service governance, cloud management, database administration, incident management, asset management, and security operations. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), and incident management tools. Excellent understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to governance and compliance. Preferred Skills: Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect). Experience with database management tools and technologies. Familiarity with risk management and compliance frameworks. Strong project management skills.
