Job Description

Drive service and support for coding and marking printers and consumables. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective after-sales service. Conduct product installations, training sessions, and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Analyze service performance and customer feedback to improve processes. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B service, preferably in the printing, packaging, or industrial equipment Strong technical expertise in handling industrial equipment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage customer requirements efficiently.
