Job Description

Job Role: Service Engineer Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, and test CNC fiber laser and plasma cutting machines at customer sites. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines, ensuring minimal downtime. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software-related issues. Provide technical support and training to customers on machine operation and maintenance. Maintain service reports and documentation accurately. Coordinate with the R&D and technical support team to provide customer feedback for product improvement. Requirements: Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 03 years in CNC machine servicing (Freshers from NTTF or similar institutes can apply). Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, control panels, PLCs, and motion controllers. Familiarity with mechanical assembly, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Other: Willingness to travel across India for installations and service calls.
