Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer - VFD, located in GUWAHATI (N.E.)area. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing field service operations, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and carrying out maintenance and repair tasks for Variable Frequency Devices (VFDs). This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure operational reliability, efficient service delivery, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving VFD-related issues.
• Proficiency in conducting on-site field service operations, including installation, configuration, and testing.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and documenting service activities.
• Experience in providing technical support and practical knowledge in maintenance and repair of VFDs and similar systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently in field environments.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field is essential.
• Knowledge of VFD systems and prior work experience in industrial equipment servicing is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel locally as per client and project requirements.
