Service Engineer / Sr. Service - Specialist

As a Service Engineer for Cryogenic pumps at Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases, you will be responsible for enhancing the aftermarket business for cryogenic pumps in the assigned territory, which includes various locations across India and South Asia. Your primary focus will be on activities such as revamps, upgrades, and field services to drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the installation and commissioning of cryogenic pumps for LNG and industrial gas applications. - Managing annual maintenance contracts and ensuring timely completion of services. - Addressing customer complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. - Leading troubleshooting and breakdown projects to resolve technical issues efficiently. - Maintaining technical documentation accurately and ensuring it is up-to-date. - Conducting technical audits for spare parts and refurbishments to optimize operational efficiency. To succeed in this role, you should have: - Hands-on experience with cryogenic pumps, chemical pumps, air compressors, and gas compressors. - Exposure to medium to large-scale industries for service offerings, with a preference for candidates with CGD industry experience. - Strong communication skills for effective internal and external interactions. - Self-motivation, creativity, and critical thinking capabilities to tackle complex challenges effectively. Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 7 years of experience. - Exposure to rotating engineered equipment is preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office tools and excellent English communication skills are essential.
