Job Description

Educational Qualification Required:- Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical) Job Description: - • At least 5 years of technical work experience with radiology equipment/CADCAM • Handle technical support related queries for customers. • Provide prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers. • Ensure timely resolution while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction. • Hands on experience with installation, repair, preventive maintenance. • Installation and Servicing of Radiology -CVCT/ OPG/ X-RAY, Vista Scan (PSP),RVG. • Clearly and professionally interact with customer, regarding status of commissioning, on a daily basis. • Able to determine tools and equipment required to perform scope of job. • Involves tests and measurements on radiology equipment. • Monitoring & oversee service and repair of equipment under AMC and to ensure timely follow up for AMC renewal willing. • Attending to preventive maintenance and breakdown calls. • Time Management skills. • Strong Problem-solving skills. • Must have good communication & presentation skills. Skillset Required: - • Must have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel PPT etc.) • Should well versed with ERP software.
