Job Summary: Service Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of cleaning machines, providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities: 1. Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission cleaning machines at client sites, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards. Provide comprehensive training to clients on the operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment. 2. Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance checks on cleaning machines to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs promptly. Develop preventive maintenance schedules and implement them effectively. 3. Customer Support: Respond to service calls and inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service. Provide remote technical support when required. 4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repairs. Generate service reports and document all interactions with clients. 5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in cleaning machines. Continuously improve technical expertise and share knowledge with the team. 6. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to provide valuable insights for product improvement. Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives. Skills and Expertise: Proven experience as a Service Engineer/Executive in the cleaning machine industry. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Education: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical or a related field. 4 to 9 years of experience in machine servicing.
