About Role:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Maintenance and repair: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on solar photovoltaic (PV) systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: Perform on-site root cause analysis to identify and resolve system faults and technical failures.
• Customer support: Interact professionally with clients to provide technical guidance, address service needs, and offer solutions.
• Installation and commissioning: Provide support for the installation and commissioning of new solar power generation systems, including system setup and activation.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance, spare parts, and repairs, and prepare formal technical reports for clients and internal use. 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

• Technical knowledge: Strong knowledge of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, transformers, and other electrical systems.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Safety & Compliance: Ability to ensure all work complies with company guidelines, site regulations, and relevant safety standards.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers, colleagues at all levels, and other staff.
• Experience: Hands-on experience in solar project execution, installation, and maintenance is often required.
• Education: A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical
