Please share cv at monika.gupta@isgec.com Role & responsibilities Candidate should have expertise in servicing, programming, and maintaining mechanical and hydraulic presses with a focus on electrical and control systems. Should be able to diagnose faults quickly and independently to minimize machine downtime and handle labour effectively. Candidate should also have knowledge and experience: 1. Safety regulation for equipment handling. 2. Experience in HMI (Human Machine Interface) programming and trouble shooting. 3. Functioning and features of hydraulic and mechanical presses. 4. Expertise in electrical Trouble shooting of various systems of hydraulic & mechanical presses. 5. Customer handling.6. Experience in installation & commissioning of heavy equipment by using various types of cranes and material handling equipment. 7. Experience in PLC programming of various PLC systems (Siemens & Mitsubishi), SCADA Systems.8. Power & Motor controls including Variable Frequency Drive. 9. Experience in Control Panel wiring, Fieldbus Communication, Relay Logic.. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 6-14 years in manufacturing industry related auto mobile, heavy machining preferably related with presses (Mechanical & Hydraulic) Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engg., throughout >60% marks.
