Electronics Manufacturing Full-Time Job ID: DGC00533 Chennai, Tamil Nadu 3-5 Yrs ₹4.5 - ₹07 Yearly Job description Key Skills Electronics Production, Service co-ordinator, Instrument Installation, Troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning Immediate Joiners are preferred. 1.Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments 2. Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs 3. Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location 4. Provide on-site training to the customers 5. Develop Service technical documentation 6. Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database 7. Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triage with field applications scientists as appropriate 8. Timely complete and submit all required paperwork 9. Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions 10. Data transmission of online systems 11. Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer
