We’re looking for an experienced Service Engineer with a strong technical background and a passion for solving complex equipment challenges. If you thrive in fast-paced industrial environments and enjoy working hands-on with capital machinery, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Install, commission, and maintain industrial equipment on-site

🔹 Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues

🔹 Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA teams to resolve customer concerns

🔹 Provide technical support and training to clients

🔹 Document service activities and suggest process improvements

🔹 Manage service tools and spare inventory

🔹 Support sales team in identifying service contract opportunities

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field

✅ Proven experience in servicing capital equipment

✅ Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

✅ Ability to travel and work independently

✅ Excellent communication and reporting abilities
