Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software products in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (service desk or technical support).
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone or via email/chat.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems using problem-solving techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
