Job Description:

We are hiring a Service Desk Engineer to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth IT service delivery for end users.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle user incidents, service requests, and escalation tickets
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for IT systems
  • Log and track issues using ticketing tools
  • Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain documentation of IT incidents and asset records

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and remote troubleshooting tools
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹149,210.21 - ₹320,000.00 per year
