Bell Techlogix India is looking for Service Desk Associate to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Technical Support : Address and resolve IT-related issues reported by users through various communication channels (phone, email, or in person). Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems promptly and effectively. Ticket Management : Log, track, and prioritize incidents and service requests using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. User Guidance : Provide guidance and instructions to users on using software applications, systems, and IT policies. Maintenance Tasks : Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, installations, and configurations. Communication : Communicate technical information, updates, and instructions clearly and effectively to users. Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement within the service desk and contribute ideas for enhancing user experience. Required Skills and Qualifications : Technical Aptitude : Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Customer Service Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective user interaction.
