As a Service Delivery Operations Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be part of the Next Generation Customer Operations - Service Desk Non-Voice Support team. Your role involves managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing optimal resolutions. You will be responsible for closing faults and complaints within SLAs, transforming customer service into a value-generating strategic differentiator in the market.
