Service Delivery Manager

1. Service Retrofit

- System Design and Installation: Design and install HVAC systems, including selecting equipment, calculating heating and cooling needs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Retrofit and Upgrade: Assess existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement upgrades or replacements to enhance efficiency and performance.

- Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.

- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues, perform routine maintenance, and provide technical support.

- Collaboration and Communication: Work with architects, contractors, and clients to integrate HVAC systems into building designs and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsible for providing maintenance, repair, and installation services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Ensure customer satisfaction, timely resolution of issues, and efficient use of resources.

2. Service Delivery Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer service requests and troubleshoot HVAC issues

- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

- Manage service schedules, inventory, and resources

- Provide excellent customer service and communication

- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and timely delivery.

3. Service Marketing

- Create and implement marketing campaigns for HVAC services

- Manage social media, website, and online presence

- Develop content, ads, and promotional materials

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

- Collaborate with sales and service teams to align marketing efforts

- Track and report marketing performance metrics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
