Service Coordinator

We provide Equipment's on Rental. Like Telescopic Mobile Cranes + Boom Lifts + Scissor Lifts & Telehandlers.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Answering Phone calls and emails.

2. Attending customer calls towards, problems, break down in the equipment & Register entry.

3. Coordinating with Service team for solution to customer query

4. If require again, visit to customer premises.

5. Maintaining and tracking clients service records

6. Follow up with clients for servicing and spares inquiry.

7. Coordinate with Service engineer in the field

8. Payment follow-ups.

9. Pointing Clients towards services, resources and providers that can fulfil their needs.

10. Providing customer feedback

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Automobile background.

2. ITI, Mechanical Engineer will be preferred.

3. Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.

4. 4 to 5 years of Experience Required in the similar Field.

5. Candidate must have good interpersonal & communication skills.

1. Salary range – 30000/- to 40000/- pm.
