Job Summary: The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating HVAC service operations. The role involves managing technician schedules, ensuring timely service delivery, maintaining communication with customers, and supporting the service team in day-to-day operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Schedule, assign, and coordinate service calls for technicians. Communicate with customers regarding service requests, complaints, and follow-ups. Track job status, technician availability, and service completion reports. Prepare and maintain service logs, quotation follow-ups, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) records. Ensure parts availability and coordinate with procurement when required. Support the billing and accounts team by updating completed service data. Maintain coordination between sales, service, and admin departments. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure high service quality standards. Assist in preparing daily/weekly service reports and performance updates.
