Job Description

Role Summary

The CSD Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating customer service operations, project documentation, material follow-ups, and communication between internal teams and customers. The role ensures smooth project execution, timely updates, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Monitoring & Reporting
  • Update CSD Project Bar Chart/Gantt Chart and share weekly status with customers in coordination with the Zone Leader
  • Track and update material shortage status in the CSD Dashboard.
  • Site Coordination
  • Daily follow-up with Site Engineers on urgent issues and escalate critical matters to Manager
  • Ensure site-related data is shared for MOM and invoice preparation.
  • Material & Purchase Follow-Up
  • Follow up with Purchase/Stores for material shortages and coordinate with Santosh More (when available).
  • Manage material requisition as required.
  • Customer Communication & Support
  • Receive and record customer calls and forward information to concerned personnel.
  • Monitor customer complaints received through the Customer Care email ID.
  • Project Documentation
  • Create new projects in Arrowsoft for new POs.
  • Prepare and send Input Sheets for all new POs and follow up with Design to obtain BOM.
  • Prepare CSD quotations as per customer inputs.
  • Maintain and update ISO documentation daily.
  • Prepare documents required as per company standards before commissioning at site.
  • Accounts & Labour Coordination
  • Coordinate with Accounts for invoice preparation after receiving MOM from Site Engineer.
  • Provide site work completion data of labour to the Purchase Department for issuing PO to labour contractors.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong coordination and communication skills (email & phone).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, project monitoring tools, and Arrowsoft.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of material flow and documentation processes.
  • Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
