Service Coordinator (Female only)

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a Female Service Co -Ordinator for Ambattur location and find the JD below

• Create Purchase Orders (POs) and share them with suppliers in a timely manner.
• Generate codes for defective parts and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare import documentation and coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery issues; follow up with logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Log AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service calls in the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
• Update Outstanding (OS) collections and track payment status.
• Handle stock transfer process
• Follow up on pending payments with customers or vendors.
• Monitor and follow up on invoice submissions and approvals.
• Prepare and issue quotations as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with PAN India engineers and principals regarding warranty claims and ensure timely resolution.

Location - Monotech Systems Limited, Plot No.114/1B, North Phase, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Opp. Bachmann Industries (I) Ltd, chennai.

Qualification- Any degree

Gender- Female only

Languages- English, Tamil, Hindi( must)

Salary- 15K to 25K ( depend on interview performance)
