The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between service engineers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate service activities and engineer assignments. Track service requests, monitor completion timelines, and ensure proper documentation. Communicate with clients regarding service appointments, updates, and feedback. Communicate to OEM Managed CRM Maintain service records, spare parts inventory, and daily service reports. Provide administrative support to the service team and escalate technical issues when needed. Prepare and submit performance and status reports to management. Qualifications Education: Any Degree Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years in a service support or coordination role Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Familiarity with electronic systems and service processes Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently Proficient in MS Office, report preparation, and data handling Why Join Us?
