Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer service calls in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules, product queries, and follow-ups. Introduce and explain Microlab Instruments' products and services to potential and existing clients. Maintain records of client interactions, service schedules, and product information. Collaborate with the sales, service, and technical teams for a smooth customer experience. Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints or issues by liaising with the appropriate departments. Provide administrative support to the service team as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required; preference will be given to candidates with a background in Biomedical Engineering or related science/technical fields. Freshers or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or technical support are welcome. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools, etc.). Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
