Freseher or Experienced Good Communication skills Added advantage if Knowldge of TATA CRM,Creating Job card,checking vehicle service History,Billing etc. Automobile/Mechenical background would be given preference Interacting with customer to understand the problem & accordingly assign the job to technical team. Good Team player to work in a team Manage vehicle on floor for timely service of vehicle.
