Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Commercial Vehicle Service Team at our Pavoorchathram location. The Service Advisor will be the key point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring efficient service scheduling, accurate job estimation, and excellent customer satisfaction for Eicher commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service/repair needs.
• Schedule service appointments and allocate job cards accordingly.
• Accurately diagnose customer concerns and vehicle issues.
• Provide cost and time estimates for repairs and services.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians for smooth workflow and job completion.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle service.
• Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles with proper explanation of work done.
• Maintain and update service records and documentation.
• Promote value-added services, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and warranty services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow-up with customers post-service for feedback and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (experience with commercial vehicles preferred)
• Good understanding of commercial vehicle service processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Basic computer knowledge (DMS, MS Office)
• Fluency in Tamil and basic English (Hindi is an added advantage)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience working with Eicher or other commercial vehicle brands
• Knowledge of warranty claim procedures
• Familiar with the local geography around Pavoorchathram

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Sunday – Weekly Off
