Role & responsibilities Full job description Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs. Listen to customer concerns regarding vehicle performance and explain available services. Provide accurate information about maintenance schedules, repair estimates, and timelines. Schedule vehicle service appointments, ensuring efficient use of workshop capacity. Keep customers informed about the progress and status of their vehicles during servicing. Coordinate with technicians to prioritize urgent repairs and meet delivery timelines. Educate customers on recommended maintenance and additional services to enhance vehicle performance. Upsell service packages, accessories, and extended warranties to boost customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Prepare and maintain detailed job cards for each vehicle, including service history and customer instructions.
