Answer customer questions, address concerns, and manage complaints. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction. Schedule appointments, manage the service center's workflow, and ensure timely completion of repairs. Communicate with technicians to relay customer needs and ensure efficient service execution. Verify warranty and service contract coverage. Possess a basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. Identify potential issues and recommend appropriate services. Collaborate with technicians to diagnose problems and develop repair plans. Prepare and manage repair orders, including descriptions of problems, services performed, and costs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle history. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and parts. Work towards meeting sales goals by executing repairs and selling parts.
