Job Summary: We are hiring a Server Engineer ( 2-12 years experience) to manage and maintain Windows, virtualization in a BPO setup. Key Responsibilities: • Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers, AD, DNS, DHCP • Manage virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS/Azure). • Ensure server security, patching, backups, and disaster recovery. • Automate tasks using PowerShell/Scripting. Requirements: • 7-8 years in server administration. • Hands-on with Windows, virtualization. • Experience with backup solutions and security best practices. • Ability to work night shifts in a BPO environment.
