Server Administrator

As an experienced Server Administrator with 5+ years of experience, your role will involve maintaining and optimizing core IT infrastructure services in an international, regulated environment. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Manage core IT infrastructure services to ensure availability, performance, and stability - Proactively monitor and maintain infrastructure through preventive maintenance - Implement necessary corrective measures and troubleshoot incidents - Deploy new projects, solutions, and tools - Generate routine reports and conduct system reviews for GMP systems - Collaborate with application and solution providers, prepare technical documentation, and provide cross-functional IT support - Demonstrate understanding and motivation to work in regulated environments such as GxP Preferred specific skills include: - Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) - Wintel/Unix operating systems, patch management, storage systems, data protection/backup solutions (Veeam, Cohesity) - Active Directory/user/access management, 3CX telephony systems - Citrix environments, monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix), database administration (DBA) - Proficiency in English communication In addition, proficiency in English communication is required for this full-time, permanent position based in Science City, Ahmedabad. You should be willing to commute or relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat and be comfortable working in person during the job shift from 11:30 am to 08:30 pm.,
