Server Administrator

• Server Hardware: Basic knowledge of server hardware installation, Operating system installation etc.
• System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and related hardware.
• Security: Implement and manage security protocols, including regular patching and vulnerability analysis, to protect the server environment.
• Monitoring and Performance: Proactively monitor server health and performance, using tools to identify and resolve bottlenecks, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve server-related issues, network problems, and user support requests, sometimes working on-call.
• Backup and Disaster Recovery: Ensure regular data backups are performed and that disaster recovery plans are in place and tested. Understanding of various type of back like full, Incremental, differential etc.
• User and Access Management: Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, maintenance activities, and procedures.
• Networking: Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN concept. Knowledge of DNS and DHCP
• Mailing Solution: Exchange Server administration and trouble shooting.
• Virtualisation: Hyper-V administration
• Storage: Basic understanding of SAN storage. Types of RAID etc.
• Antivirus: Knowledge of enterprise level antivirus server.
• Should have 5 to 7 years in the above relevant field experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
