Job Title: Sr. React.js ( Next.js) Developer Location: Mumbai—Malad (Onsite) Experience: 5 Years Budget: Up to ₹12.40 LPA Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and experienced React.js Developer to join our frontend engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js, Redux, and Next.js. You’ll work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Build reusable, high-quality React.js components and applications Develop and maintain front-end architecture using React.js, Redux, and Next.js Optimize application performance and ensure responsive design compatibility Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to integrate APIs Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team stand-ups Implement best practices for front-end development and ensure scalability Must-Have Skills: 5 years of strong hands-on experience in React.js Solid understanding and experience with Redux for state management Proficiency in Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs Experience with front-end build tools and version control (Webpack, Babel, Git) Understanding of browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills Nice to Have: Familiarity with TypeScript Knowledge of SEO best practices in SSR (Server-Side Rendering) using Next.js Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Why Join NeoSOFT?
