As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will focus on analytically driven marketing encompassing all quantitative aspects of marketing. Your responsibilities include: - Formulating product metrics-based campaign strategies, concentrating on moving key metrics in an ROI-focused manner - Collaborating, planning, and executing campaigns with internal and external partner teams - Understanding demand generation and lead generation to convert leads into customers - Driving customer acquisition with expertise in email marketing, SEO/content marketing, viral marketing, and funnel optimization - Utilizing analytics tools to track key performance indicators, analytics, and campaign effectiveness, and adjusting strategies accordingly - Creating both short-form (blog posts, social content, emails, memes) and long-form (in-depth blog posts, guides, tutorials) content to effectively communicate our products, build awareness, and drive demand - Staying updated on the crypto Twitter game, industry trends, competition, and relevant market narratives Our ideal candidate possesses: - 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing or Growth Hacking - Prior experience in building communities and managing social media platforms - Excellent knowledge of Web3 infrastructure, consumer apps, and popular cultural trends - Strong copywriting skills - Ability to lead and execute time-sensitive and cross-functional campaigns - Self-motivation, adeptness at working in a fast-paced environment, and within a flat organization structure - Proactiveness and experience in driving projects with limited oversight Nice to have qualifications include: - Experience working in web3 and the blockchain space as a Product Marketing or Growth Hacking Manager - Enthusiasm for Push Protocol's mission and the future of the web3 space - Active involvement in developer communities - Multilingual proficiency Benefits of this role include: - A creative, versatile job role with significant independence and responsibility - Full-time remote work - Collaborating with enthusiastic and motivated colleagues from diverse backgrounds worldwide - Fixed monthly salary in crypto based on experience and suitability Interested candidates can apply for the position of Growth Marketing Manager.,
