Job Description

As an SEO Team Lead , you will oversee the planning and execution of advanced SEO strategies to drive sustainable growth in organic visibility and traffic. You will lead a team of SEO specialists and work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with best practices and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO executives, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement Develop and implement effective SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SEO audits Monitor and optimize website architecture, internal linking, and page performance Analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs Collaborate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and enhance site crawlability and indexation Work with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and optimization Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management and clients Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
