Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive to drive organic growth, improve search engine rankings, and manage SEO initiatives across our brands. The role involves on-page & technical SEO, off-page optimization, local SEO & listing management, agency coordination, analytics-driven reporting and is ideal for a candidate with 4-5 years of SEO experience, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for organic growth strategies. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct regular SEO Audit, Competitor Analysis & Keyword Research to identify and highlight the performance gaps and align On Page, Off Page, Technical & Local SEO strategies with the stakeholders accordingly Manage & Optimize Google Business Listings including profile updates, insights to improve listing rankings against local/hyperlocal keywords. Work closely with SEO Manager, External Vendors & Internal Teams to ensure timely & seamless implementation of SEO strategies as per business goals Maintain a detailed activity tracker on daily basis with updated status & timelines for activities planned Generate a detailed rank report highlighting keyword movements (gains/losses), SERP trends, and competitor analysis. Present the performance report to stakeholders/management, highlighting SEO wins, challenges, and next steps. Conduct daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews with the external and internal stakeholders Review content provided by the agency for quality, keyword optimization, relevancy and accuracy. Work with the development team to resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, crawlability, structured data, etc.) Review backlink reports from the agency to ensure quality and relevance. Ensure outreach strategies align with the brands reputation. Manage business listing platforms/business directories & ensure NAP consistency. Collaborate with the website & IT team to improve site performance and SEO-friendly designs. Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt strategies proactively. Skills & Expertise Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, SimilarWeb, Google Trends, Looker Studio etc. Should be well versed with Googles E-E-A-T guidelines, internal linking, and content structuring. Ability to analyze competitor websites and implement better SEO strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Strong excel skills Excellent communication & reporting skills to present insights to stakeholders
