Role Overview:

In this mid-level position, you will manage both on-page and off-page SEO initiatives optimizing our primary site along with geo-specific sites to improve content quality, technical performance, and backlink profiles. Youll also be empowered to explore and adopt cutting-edge AI tools to elevate our SEO strategies. Your contributions will directly impact our digital visibility across regions, and you’ll work alongside diverse teams to develop and execute innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Page SEO:

    Optimize website content, meta tags, header structures, and images to enhance relevance and user experience. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to tailor content for both the main platform and regional sites. Collaborate closely with content creators and web developers to address technical SEO issues, boost site speed, and ensure mobile optimization.
  • Off-Page SEO:

    Develop and execute a strategic backlink acquisition plan alongside outreach initiatives and digital PR programs. Manage local SEO efforts for geo-specific sites to improve regional authority and relevance. Monitor and analyze external SEO metrics and search trends, refining outreach strategies as needed.
  • AI Adoption & Learning:

    Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools to streamline keyword research, content optimization, and performance reporting. Stay updated with AI trends by engaging in regular training sessions and internal workshops, applying the latest insights to enhance our SEO tactics.
  • Continuous Learning & Collaborations:

    Emphasize continuous learning through structured training programs, certification opportunities, and attendance at industry conferences or workshops – ensuring you remain at the forefront of SEO innovation. Work collaboratively with data scientists, content strategists, and product managers to develop holistic digital strategies that drive measurable business impact across multiple markets.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in SEO with a record of success in both on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalents.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and SEO technologies is highly desirable, paired with a proactive approach to ongoing learning.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing multi-regional or multi-lingual websites is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a readiness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
