Job Title: SEO Specialist

The Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth, improving search engine rankings, and executing successful SEO strategies. This role requires a data-driven individual with a strong understanding of SEO tools, algorithms, and best practices.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct detailed keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization.
Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking structure.
Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
Perform regular technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices.
Build and execute strategies for link building and backlink acquisition.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

What You'll Bring

2-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused organization.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
Experience with website analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve SEO performance.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
