Description:
We are looking for an Onsite Search specialist to manage Search activities. You will be responsible for optimizing content for maximized Onsite Search results contributing to a best-in-class digital customer experience. This position uses collaboration, influence, SEO technological know-how, content optimization, and onsite search activities such as web content strategy and its results.
Responsibilities:
Create, communicate, execute, and track the Onsite search strategy.
Work across content and technical teams to optimize development efforts to maximize search results.
Constant use of search tool data to ensure onsite search results relevancy for our customers in our websites.
Execute tests, collect, and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROS (Returns on Strategy).
Work with the content owners/country SEO Champion to achieve our KPIs for our top SEO strategic keyword PLPs (preferred landing pages)
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization of keywords identified as strategic to the business.
Support and guide cross-team efforts by providing workshops, presentations, and training education.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve search positions
Review 3xx, 4xx, and 5xx errors on the website and work with the IT team to fix the issues
Hands-on:
Provide Suggestions and recommendations to the SEO and IT team to coordinate with elements and structure of the website and web pages
Onsite search tools (Coveo, Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other Onsite search tools)
Experience
: 2 - 3 years experience in Onsite Search Engine Optimization & SEO
Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Experience in Coveo AI search tool.
Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics and search tools, including Google search Analytics as well as an internal CMS reporting tool
Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc.)
Experience working with Content management tools (CMS) environments
