SEO Specialist

Job Summary:

The SEO Executive will be responsible for improving the hospital’s online visibility, driving organic website traffic, and optimizing digital content to enhance patient engagement and brand presence. The role involves managing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase the hospital website’s organic reach and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and identify opportunities for targeted healthcare-related search terms.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts in line with SEO best practices.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities including meta tags, backlinks, and internal linking.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Collaborate with content writers and the marketing team to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
• Track and analyze SEO metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify SEO trends and opportunities.
• Work on local SEO strategies to improve the hospital’s visibility in local searches and Google Maps.
• Coordinate with web developers to ensure technical SEO compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing (healthcare industry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush.
• Understanding of web analytics, content optimization, and keyword research.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
