The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing website content, analyzing data, conducting keyword research, and implementing SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Familiarity with tools like SEMRUSH, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and WordPress is essential. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMRUSH and Google Keyword Planner to guide content and marketing strategy. Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization, ensuring best practices are consistently implemented across websites. Utilize SEMRUSH and Screaming Frog to perform SEO audits, identify issues, and track performance improvements. Collaborate with content creators to implement content recommendations for SEO success. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools. Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain strong SEO positioning. Implement and manage link-building strategies and outreach campaigns to improve domain authority. Work with WordPress and other CMS platforms to make technical and content-related updates. Conduct competitor analysis and suggest actionable insights for SEO improvement. Ensure SEO strategies align with overall digital marketing goals and deliver measurable ROI. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of SEO tools like SEMRUSH, Screaming Frog (preferred), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc. Solid understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO. Familiarity with WordPress and other content management systems. Strong grasp of Google’s ranking algorithms and search engine guidelines. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to SEO strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Google Analytics and/or Google Ads certification. Experience in a digital marketing agency setting. Basic understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
