About The Role
We’re looking for an
SEO Specialist
who is ready to go beyond traditional search engine optimization. In addition to managing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, you’ll explore
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
and
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
to help Blend-ed rank in AI-powered search platforms like
ChatGPT, Gemini, and other emerging AI tools

- Perform website audits and implement recommendations to improve rankings in traditional and AI-driven search
- Conduct keyword research and develop strategies for SEO, GEO, and AEO
- Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and structured data for AI-friendly indexing
- Monitor SEO and AI-search metrics and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure content is search-engine and AI-engine friendly
- Stay updated with the latest AI search trends, algorithms, and ranking factors
- Explore new opportunities to rank Blend-ed on emerging AI platforms
- Drive organic traffic growth from both traditional and AI-driven channels
Requirements
Who we’re looking forWe’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong understanding of SEO fundamentals: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Can perform keyword research and identify high-impact opportunities
- Is familiar with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) concepts
- Is curious about AI-driven search and ready to adapt to evolving platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar AI tools
- Can analyze website performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Is comfortable using SEO and AI analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and AI ranking tools
- Can collaborate with content creators and developers to implement best practices
- Has strong English communication skills for content review and creation
- Is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about the intersection of SEO and AI
