Job Description

A. Organic SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop full-funnel organic SEO strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan monthly technical, on-page, and off-page SEO calendars.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research (short-tail, long-tail, LSI & transactional keywords).
  • Track ranking improvements and continuously optimize based on SERP behavior.

B. Technical SEO

  • Conduct regular website audits (crawlability, indexing, architecture, Core Web Vitals).
  • Fix technical errors: broken links, redirections, canonical issues, sitemap errors, schema markup, page speed optimization, mobile responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with developers for website improvements.

C. On-Page Optimization

  • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, URLs, ALT tags, and internal linking structure.
  • Create and implement content clusters and pillar pages.
  • Reduce bounce rate and improve time-on-page with strategic enhancements.

D. Off-Page SEO

  • Develop high-quality link-building strategy (white-hat only).
  • Build backlinks through guest posts, blogs, PR articles, citations, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Monitor backlink health and disavow toxic links.

E. Content Planning & Optimization

  • Collaborate with content writers for SEO-friendly content creation.
  • Build keyword-based blog calendar, landing pages, and FAQ structures.
  • Optimize existing content for higher ranking and improved conversions.

F. Analytics & Reporting

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of SEO performance.
  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, and other tools.
  • Measure ROI, organic traffic, CTR, keyword movement, goals & conversions.

G. Competitor & Market Research

  • Perform competitor SEO benchmarking.
  • Track competitor keywords, backlinks, ranking patterns, and content strategy.
  • Identify gaps and execute actions to outperform competitors.
