You will be responsible for architecting high-impact SEO strategies that transcend industries-from E-commerce to Enterprise SaaS. Your mandate is to identify growth gaps, lead a high-performing team, and ensure our digital footprint remains ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving search landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop,

  implement,

  manage

  comprehensive

  SEO

  strategies

  tailored to diverse international markets and industries.

• Opportunity Analysis:

  Proactively analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify "Growth Gaps"- untapped keywords, content voids, or technical improvements that can drive significant ROI.

• Monitor

  and

  analyze

  SEO

  performance

  metrics

  and

  trends.

  Move beyond vanity metrics to provide actionable insights that align with broader business goals.

2. Technical Architecture & Optimization

• Identify

  and address

  technical

  SEO

  issues.

  Conduct rigorous audits to ensure site health, focusing on crawlability, indexability, and Core Web Vitals.

• Collaborate

  with

  web

  developers

  to ensure SEO best practices are baked into the code from day one. You will act as the bridge between marketing goals and technical execution.

• Recommend

  changes

  to

  website

  architecture

  , content hierarchy, linking structures, and other factors to improve organic visibility for target keywords.

3. Content Strategy & Keyword Expansion

• Perform

  ongoing

  keyword

  discovery,

  expansion,

  and

  optimization.

  Continuously hunt for high-value search terms that drive qualified traffic.

• Work

  with

  editorial

  and

  marketing

  teams

  to drive SEO in content creation. Ensure that every piece of content- from blogs to landing pages- is optimized for search intent and conversion.

• Optimize

  copy

  and

  landing

  pages

  for search engine marketing, ensuring on-page elements (MetaData, H-Tags, Schema) are perfectly aligned.

4. Team Management & Trend Adaptation

• Stay

  up-to-date

  with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends (AI Search, SGE, E-E-A-T) and best practices. You are expected to train the team and pivot strategies proactively.

• Communication

  &

  Reporting:

  Translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders. You must be able to explain why a strategy is working or failing to non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  5-8 Years in SEO, with a proven track record of managing

  International Projects

  across multiple industries (B2B, B2C, E-com).

• Strategic

  Mindset:

  The ability to look at a website and instantly spot where the revenue opportunity lies.

• Communication:

  Exceptional verbal and written English. You must be articulate, persuasive, and able to command respect in high-level meetings.

• Tool

  Mastery:

  Expert proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.

• Technical

  Depth:

  Strong understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript rendering, and CMS environments (WordPress, Shopify).
