As we build a dynamic team of digital marketing experts, we are looking for a passionate SEO Manager to lead and grow our organic search presence across industries and also manage various external SEO Projects. Key Responsibilities · Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.· Perform detailed keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits.· Optimize website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.· Manage and oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.· Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to implement SEO best practices.· Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends and best practices.· Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).· Build high-quality backlinks through partnerships, outreach, and content marketing initiatives.· Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical issues like crawl errors, page speed, mobile usability, etc.· Manage and Lead an SEO Team to handle multiple external SEO Projects Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.· Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).· Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.· Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.· Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics as they relate to SEO.· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.· Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.· Good understanding of local SEO, international SEO, and technical SEO practices. Preferred Skills · Experience with schema markup and structured data.· Knowledge of basic CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies.· Familiarity with paid search (PPC) is a plus.· Strong communication and project management skills.
