The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing and a deep understanding of performance-driven strategies. This role requires a creative thinker who can develop and execute innovative campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Performance Marketing/Paid Media Manager is responsible for creating and delivering great digital campaigns. Performance Marketing/Paid Media Manager is expected to look at the measurement protocol, event tracking, custom dimensions, advanced e-commerce, database marketing, marketing automation, DoubleClick advertising, Programmatic advertising, dynamic remarketing, tag management, Google Analytics interface. Performance Marketing/Paid Media Manager prepares and implements media plans and other deliverables while providing digital media recommendations and solutions to clients. Job Responsibilities: Create and execute strong digital media recommendations with supporting validation Develop, execute, manage & maintain media plans Oversee buys, analyze campaigns, and change recommendations to maximize performance Work with cross-functional teams (Creative, Tech, Client servicing, etc.) to manage processes Design and document analytics tracking specifications for various digital channels, including web, mobile apps, and microsites Stay current with Real Estate industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and competitive. Track, prioritize, and manage analytics implementation initiatives across teams; serve as contact for analytics/tracking requests Manage the testing, QA, QC, and debugging of tracking pixels Work with business partners to ensure that all digital media is tagged and trackable so that standard reports can be created and shared Produce clear and detailed client-facing reports to identify areas of opportunity to improve campaign performance Take responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Communicate with clients about projects both remotely, and in-person Skills Required: Ability to manage a team Strong quantitative and analytical skills Solid understanding of mathematical concepts Knowledge and passion for all things Digital Media; SEM, SEO, Display, Analytics, etc. Understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Word, and advance knowledge of Excel Managing advertising pixels such as AdWords, Google Analytics, floodlights, etc. Debugging and identification of problems is essential Clear understanding on how to configure profiles and views, including goals, filters and other Google Analytics functionality Understanding of configuration for custom metrics and dimensions/custom variables / advanced e-commerce Solid understanding of event tracking and how this can be used effectively Understanding of iOS / Android app tracking Ability to create clear and insightful reports using data from Google Analytics and other data sources Excellent Excel skills are an advantage An excellent communicator and be able to present ideas, verbally and in writing Experience Required: Possess bachelor's degree in technology, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or equivalent degree and related experience Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. Implement geo-targeted strategies to rank for "near me" and location-specific search terms. Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across directories. Build and optimize location-specific landing pages and blog content. Organic Traffic Growth & SEO Strategy Design and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for aggressive traffic growth. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP audits. Optimize on-page elements: metadata, headings, schema, and content structures. Resolve common SEO issues such as duplicate content, cannibalization, and internal linking. Ensure that each location page is SEO-optimized and user-friendly. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with content creators, designers, developers, and paid media teams. Provide SEO input for UX/CRO improvements. Stay current on SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and AI-driven SEO tools. Candidate Requirements 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO. Experience working in or with the healthcare sector. Demonstrated ability to grow organic traffic 3x–5x within a short time frame. Proficiency in local SEO management for 20+ locations. Expertise with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GMB, and GA4. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
