What You'll Be Doing Identify new business opportunities across digital channels Conduct targeted outreach via cold calling, LinkedIn & Instagram DMs Generate qualified leads through Fiverr, Upwork, and internal campaigns Schedule & support discovery calls, pitches, and follow-ups Work closely with the creative and marketing team to align sales goals with campaign capabilities Understand client requirements and pitch the right service stack (SEO, Paid Media, Branding, Content, etc.) Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly lead conversion targets What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of hands-on experience in sales/business development in a digital marketing agency (mandatory) Solid understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Content Marketing, etc. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written (Fluency in English is a must) Proven ability in lead generation & nurturing across platforms Comfortable with CRM tools, cold outreach strategies, and remote coordination Highly self-motivated, energetic, and performance-driven Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelance platform experience is a strong plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields Immediate joiners preferred Candidates seeking long-term growth within the agency are highly encouraged to apply Why Join Brand O Box?
