Job Description: SEO Intern (Digital Marketing)

We are looking for a SEO Intern who is eager to learn search engine optimization from scratch and build a strong foundation in digital marketing. This is a learning-focused internship where training and practical exposure are provided to help you understand how SEO works in real-world agency environments.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and assist with on-page SEO basics (titles, meta descriptions, headings, content optimization)
• Perform keyword research using SEO tools (training provided)
• Optimize blog content and landing pages for search engines
• Understand search intent and Google ranking factors
• Learn basic technical SEO concepts (site structure, indexing, page speed – beginner level)
• Assist with internal linking and content structure improvements
• Learn off-page SEO basics and ethical backlink practices (white-hat only)
• Help with SEO reporting (traffic, keywords, rankings)
• Work closely with senior SEO experts and the content team
• Communicate progress regularly and follow SEO guidelines
