SEO Intern

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. You will support the execution of SEO strategies that increase our website traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance online visibility—especially within the niche market of marble murtis and religious handicrafts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and identify target phrases relevant to marble murtis, Hindu deities, and religious decor.
• Optimize product listings, collection pages, and blog content for SEO.
• Track and report website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Do link-building activities, directory submissions, and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor competitor SEO strategies and suggest improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all platforms.

• Requirements:
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical, or related field preferred.

• Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of the handicrafts or religious products market.
• Experience with WordPress or Shopify.
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹5,086.00 - ₹12,678.14 per month
